摘要：

This article: (i) provides an overview of the key features of Seychelles foundations; (ii) summarizes the parties involved in a foundation; and (iii) details how a foundation is established and operated. The article also briefly comments on the Foundations (Amendment) Act 2011 and how it impacts on record keeping by foundations.
