摘要：
The empirical method of Biery for the estimation of crossflow heat transfer in various geometries of tube bundles has been simplified. At high Reynolds number conditions, intense turbulent mixing exists such that the heat transfer is not sensitive to the variation of the detailed geometries of the bundles. A simple heat transfer correlation based on tube diameter has been deduced. The correlation fits the experimental data well.
