摘要
Hard, low-stress nickel-molybdenum and nickel-tungsten alloys were electrodeposited from sulfosalicylate solutions having low concentrations of Mo and W. Microstrain and dislocation density were kept at low levels when the alloys were deposited at 5 to 7 A/dm**2 in solutions at 50 degree C and pH 2. 5. Both alloys were solid solutions, according to X-ray data.
