ON CORRELATION BETWEEN LOW-FREQUENCY NOISES IN OCEAN WITH SEISMIC OSCILLATIONS OF THE BOTTOM

摘要
Analysis of simultaneously recorded spectra of hydroacoustical pressure in bottom boundary layer and of seismic noises on the ocean bottom in frequency range 0.01-10 Hz shows that in the diapason 0.01-0.5 Hz energy of different processes in hydrosphere give prevailing effect in generation of bottom microseisms. In the range 0.5-10 Hz the main energetical input in the spectrum of acoustical noise in the ocean is done by seismic processes in lithosphere.
