摘要：
Capital market represents the meeting point and confrontation of the capital demand and offer, on the basis of which the balance price of the value titles is formed. In a theoretically perfect market, the financial sources will be directed towards the most competitive enterprises, which will involve capital at advantageous costs, and the investors will obtain high-efficiency benefits and the lowest risks related to their financial investments.
