Optimization of the educational process on classes' basketball

The problem of optimizing the educational process on the physical training lessons at the training basketball section are raised in this article. The priority motifs have been identified in the 1st - 2nd year students in age of 17 - 20 years old, which go in for basketball. These motifs had played the central role in the selection of this kind of sport from 15 others, which were represented at the Department of Physical Education MMIF National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI". In this article we present the basic forms of physical education that are used on the training lessons at the training basketball section. The comparative analysis of lessons' programs various orientations have been done during the educational process. It have been identified the main factors of optimizing health - improving lessons on physical education for students that are at the training basketball section.
