摘要
There are few papers in the literature that emphasis the response of narrow cotton under nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium rates. So, the objective of this study was to evaluate the agronomic characteristics of cotton under narrow system for different rates of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the Cerrado region. Three experiments were established with treatments with five rates (0, 60, 80, 100 and 120 kg ha(-1)) of N, P2O5\ and K2O, for each one. The follow parameters were analyzed: plant population (plants ha(-1)), plant height (m), number of bolls per plant, weight of 15 bolls (g) and yield of seed cotton (kg ha(-1)). Nitrogen fertilization increased the yield of cotton up to the estimated dose of 47 kg ha(-1) but both phosphorus as potassium did not influence the cotton yield.
