TESTING THE ELECTROWEAK SYMMETRY-BREAKING SECTOR AT FUTURE E-GAMMA COLLIDERS

摘要
We perform a preliminary study of the deviations from the standard model prediction for the cross section for the process e(gamma) --> nu(e)W(gamma) in an alternative model for the electroweak symmetry-breaking sector. We work in the context of a chiral Lagrangian model without a Higgs boson that includes an extra vector resonance V and an anomalous (gamma)WV coupling. We find that this cross section can provide interesting constraints on the free parameters of the model once it is measured at future e(gamma) colliders.
