摘要
P. Werner's method is used for obtaining the solution, for an arbitrary real wavenumber of the exterior steady-state acoustic radiation problem for a rigid surface of revolution. It leads to the solution of a system of two coupled integral equations governing two continuous densities: one is a surface density, the other is a volume density. The numerical method used to compute these densities is tested on the case of the sphere in a constant radial field, and applied to the case of a cylinder. In the latter case, when the external field is axial, the pressure is oscillatory on the lateral surface for, and only for, the so-called irregular wavenumbers. The problem of a surface of revolution in an oblique acoustic field is solved by the surface Helmholtz integral equation for the case of small wave-numbers.
