摘要
Diffusion-limited reactions of A+A-->0, A+B-->0 types on one-dimensional lattice (10(5) sites) in the presence of particle source (photogeneration of unlike charged solitons) have been studied by using of proposed biased random walk model. The particle's distribution has been studied using the pair-correlation functions. The dependencies of steady-state concentrations and relaxation times on the system parameters - photogeneration rate and external electric field have been obtained. The phenomenon of stochastic aggregation of similarly charged particles has been found in the case of random initial particles' distribution. The results are in a good agreement with analytical data on fluctuational kinetics of bimolecular reactions and appropriate experimental data on photoconductivity in oriented (CH)(X).
