摘要
The effect of individual elements and complex alloying on the service properties of reinforcement was analysed to ensure efficient utilisation of alloying elements in the production of reinforcing steel. The most suitable steel grades for the production of reinforcement of different strength classes were established. An amendment has subsequently been made to the GOST 10884-81 standard, specifying the steel grades to be used in the manufacture of particular classes of reinforcement, limiting the strength of weldable At-IIIS and At-IVS class reinforcement, and standardising the minimum carbon equivalent for these classes.
