LATIN AMERICA AND 21ST CENTURY SOCIALISM

The access to power and the reconfiguration of the constitutions of the hand of the people, has allowed to materialize a large number of their demands in agreements, laws, budgets, investments, regulations that have rethought alternative forms to the neoliberals to make State. From this perspective, it is transcendental to continue disputing the access to the State, because from there governments can underpin the process in the construction of 21st century socialism. However, it is important to keep in mind that the heart of change depends not only on the State, but on society as a whole, which implies that citizenship is a key part of change at all times.
