摘要
SnO2-CuO composite ceramics have been synthesized by pyrolisis of an aerosol. The total resistance of the pure SnO2 sample is mainly due to the grain boundaries and the adsorption on these boundaries of gaseous species leads to a high capacitance value. n-type SnO2/p-type CuO composite materials exhibit a particular capacitance response, due to n-p junctions.
