摘要：

This essay presents as an embodiment of the process of interaction in the AVA. Show the figure of the tutor in distance education mode, its formation and its functions in order to act in the courses, as well as the use of tools constituting the virtual classroom. We also emphasize the challenge of the tutor to interact in order to promote learning their primary responsibility. And points are also the tutor as teaching professional in its task of monitoring students in the learning process, influence them in the journey of learning through what holds in the way of producing knowing: intellectual actions, interactive, motivational and communication.
