摘要
We have performed a detailed study of EDMR on a series of p-i-n solar cells of various i layer thicknesses. In this report we focus on the influence of degradation on the forward dark current and the primary photocurrent under reverse bias. The results are compared to numerical calculations and are consistent with the assumption that degradation results from an enhancement of the defect density in the bulk of the i layer.
