摘要：

The article is devoted to criminal liability for violation of safety rules of movement and operation of vehicles by persons who are intoxicated. Taking into account statistical data on the state of accidents, the requirements for persons administering rail, air, sea, inland water transport, metro and other means of transportation; the recent changes in the criminal law, the authors proposes rule under 2632 of the criminal code with administrative prejudice.
