摘要：
This paper describes a device for measuring a dc voltage (current) by converting to a pulse frequency. High precision was achieved due to feedback to the controlled generator. The pulse duration in the converter is inversely proportional to the converted voltage (current) and is counterbalanced by the period, which is a multiple of the controlled generator's period. The input voltage (current) ranges from 0.1 to 5 V (0.1 to 5 mA), the frequency range is 5-250 kHz, and the deviation from linear for voltage conversion is less than +/-5 Hz (for current +/-3 Hz). The output signal settling time is 1 sec.
