摘要
Methyl 3-O-allyl-2,6-di-O-benzyl-beta-D-mannopyranoside (7) has been synthesised from D-glucose. This synthon has been allowed to react with ethyl: 2,3,6,2:3',4',6'-hepta-O-acetyl-1-thio-beta-matopyranoside (9) using methyl triflate as promoter. Removal of protecting groups from the product affords methyl 4-O-[4-O-(alpha-D-glucopyranosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-beta-D-mannopyranoside (12). The structure of 12 has been confirmed by its H-1 and C-13 NMR spectral data.
