摘要
This paper offers a reflection derived from "A management of a new learning/teaching culture at the University", a research funded by National Committee for Research (Conadi) during 2010-2011 and linked to a research group Education and Development of Psychology Faculty at Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. This in order to assume the challenge and promote a creative competence from teaching practices. Therefore, teacher's involvement and assumption to creativity, a generation of required pedagogical and didactic strategies as well as an emergence of creativity as a cultural value at educational institutions philosophy level and society in general could come true an ideal of creative and thoughtful students who become citizens committed over time to a creative transformation of the social reality.
