摘要
The local order of ionic (Ag(2)X)(y)(As(2)X(3))(1-y) glasses (X = Se or S) has been studied in a wide composition range using X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy. The silver atoms remain in a well defined chalcogenide atom surroundings made of two bonded atoms (R(Ag-Se) approximate to 2.58 Angstrom, R(Ag-S) approximate to 2.46 Angstrom). No significant differences between sulphide and selenide glasses were observed.
