摘要
Two dense SiC materials, a reaction-sintered SiC and a pressureless-sintered SiC, were brazed to type 316 stainless steel using Ag-Cu-Ti alloy. The Ag-Cu alloy is ductile and reduces the stress introduced at the joints; Ti improved the wettability. Joining was influenced by the Ti content, the type of SiC, and the atmosphere.
