摘要：

Chiral bidentate aminophosphinephosphinites (AMPP) ligands bearing different substituents at the aminophosphine and the phosphinite moieties are prepared in a one pot synthesis from aminoalcohols. Their use in asymmetric hydrogenation of activated ketones is described. Upon analysis of these results, it is suggested that the phosphinamido group governs both the activity and the enantioselectivity of this reaction. © 1990.
