摘要：

Vascular malformations require a multidisciplinary approach in diagnosis, management, and treatment. Capillary malformations are the most common vascular malformation and typically are associated with limb hypertrophy in the affected extremity. Venous malformations can lead to hemarthrosis, muscle contractures, or osseous deformities and fractures and require extensive management and therapy. Arteriovenous malformations cause painful skeletal overgrowth and limb hypertrophy and may lead to ischemia of the tips of digits.
