摘要
An approach is presented whereby the analysis of sugars can be performed by automated multiple development with a polarity gradient based on acetonitrile - acetone - water on buffered amino layers. The method is suitable for simple, direct analysis of sugars in beverages with no clean-up procedures. A practical example is reported.
