THE TECHNOLOGY OF CREATING A CULTURE OF PROFESSIONAL THINKING OF FUTURE TEACHERS

摘要
The article, based on the study of different approaches to the essence of the culture of professional thinking, clarified and elaborated place in the conceptual-terminological apparatus of modern pedagogical science category "culture of pedagogical thinking". Defined methodical conceptional issues of professional culture of thinking and psychological factors that influence the development of culture of teaching thinking. The selected complex of pedagogical conditions of organization of educational process, aimed at the formation of the pedagogical culture of thinking. Thetechnology of formation of culture the professional thinking of future teachers in system of science and methodological supportis proved. The criteria of formation of culture thinking and levels that characterize the degree of development of a culture of thinking students and reflect the main features of mental and cognitive activityare developed. Experimental teaching has revealed the factors influencing the development of a culture of thinking university students in the process of pedagogical subjects: 1) objective - information and educational environment of the university; active pedagogical teacher interaction with students; system of developmental teaching and learning objectives; active participation of students in the educational process; 2) subjective - cognitive needs of students; professional orientation of future teachers; psychological abilities and organizational skills of the student. The study showed that the efficiency of creating a culture of professional thinking of future teachers increases if teaching and learning activities organized on the basis of individualization and differentiation considering individual psychological differences between students. Doing educational and pedagogical tasks during mastering the content of the module, students produce their own position, try their hand at a particular kind of educational activities the result is the development of culture professional thinking of future teachers, formed a professional orientation in dealing with individual elements of educational activities.
