Planning Into The State Regulation System Of Agriculture In Russia

The strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of Kalmykia for the long term until 2020 involves the development of the processing industry and increased investment in the cultivation of specialized beef cattle, creating conditions for the realization of pedigree Kalmyk young breed in other countries, as well as in the near and far abroad. To this end, in each district of Kalmykia, it was entrusted to create feedlots of 100-500 animals, to which young cattle will be supplied. As part of the implementation of projects in the agricultural sector of the region, construction of a mini-slaughterhouse is planned, an increase in compensation for the purchase of new irrigation facilities when implementing investment projects in areas from 70% to 90%, attention is paid to the effective use of the existing hay fields in the areas.
