摘要
This study aims to explore the utilization of green marketing in operations of agents of the logistic distribution. The theoretical framework used was based on two distinct bibliographic subjects: aspects of green marketing services and green supply chain. Data collection was performed through a case study with qualitative exploratory research; the data was examined through content analysis technique. The results showed that the actions of green marketing agents in the logistics of distribution are perceived in the eyes of all stakeholders, both internal and external organizational focus of the study, mainly to final customers. The research conducted also raised the need for internal actions in the organization, as well as, improvements in the "green" processes of agents of distribution logistics.
