摘要：
Longwalling is used in most Polish coal seams, with backfilling to support the roof, to create an artificial hangingwall, to prevent movement of the rockmass, and to eliminate the fire hazard in abandoned mine workings. This paper discusses the results of tests conducted on 7 different backfill mixtures, and gives equations for the estimation of the flow of backfill slurries through gravitational pipelines.
