PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES OF UNIFORM FINE PEROVSKITE POWDERS BY HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS

摘要
Fine powders of BaTiO3 and BaTi0·8Zr0·2O3 were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis from the hydroxides of barium, titanium and zirconium. The shape of the products was spherical (diameter = 0·1 μm)and the particle size distribution was very narrow. The ceramics made from these materials indicate superior sintering and dielectric properties. The green bodies were sintered at 1200°C (100-150°C lower than the powders made by the calcination method and oxalate method). BaTiO3 sintered body indicated a high K value of 4300 at 20°C, a good biassing property and a low dissipation factor. © 1990.
