摘要
Results are reported for a potentiometric study of the complexes of 2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glycero-L-gluco heptonic acid (2-Amino-L-gluco) with cobalt (II), nickel(II), copper(II), zinc(II), and cadmium(II). The identities of the complex species formed and the corresponding formation constants' have been determined with the aid of computer analysis. Conditions were: temperature, 25 degrees C; ionic strength, 0.1 M in aqueous solution. The formation constants are discussed in terms of the characteristics of the amino acid.
