摘要：
Efficiency and improvement in educational organizations are problems addressed since several decades ago from different perspectives. This paper focuses on one of the edges of the problema of improving a Higher Education Institution (HEI): the increase in the performance and efficiency of administrative functions. To achieve this improvement a developed digital management system with a process approach is proposed. This system finally allows improved functions associated with strategic tasks and particularly the headmasters decision making in the HEI. The impact of digital management system may benefit 3960 authorities within the HEI, with minimal investment that will allow improving productivity and reducing response time.
