摘要
Examine the student's vision of Studied Hotelaria the distance from the Federal Technological Education Center of Alagoas - AL-CEFET by the Open University of Brazil - UAB to investigate the process of teaching-learning graduate distance in Alagoas, a Since the hypothesis is that the student's EAD studying what interests you, the time for you, and he chooses the order of their studies, and the virtual environment that provides the subjects necessary for their learning. The research involves a survey through interviews with the coordinators and a sampling of students from the Polo-Maragogi AL.
