摘要
Faraday rotation is measured in Zn1−xMnxSe as a function of temperature and magnetic field in the range between 5 and 50 K and fields up to 5 T. Two characteristic temperatures, T1B) and T2B), are observed. T1 can be interpreted as transition temperature into the spin glass state which is supported by a plot of the Edwards‐Anderson order parameter qEA(T). The time dependent magnetization is investigated at T < T1. It is found that the decay of the themoremanent and isothermal remanent magnetization fits well a stretched exponential function.
