摘要
The exact solution of the time-dependent Schrodinger equation for the two-level system, one of which moves and crosses the other, is presented. The applicability of the adiabatic approach to this problem is analyzed. The extension of this solution to the realistic problem of strong electron (hole) self-trapping in the mobility gap of glassy semiconductors is discussed.
