摘要
Objectives: To examine bullying (AM) in nursing work, propose strategies to address it. Method: A literature review in LILACS, and SCIELO BDENF, with the descriptors: social behavior, occupational health and working environment. Results: The concept, the most common symptoms, the precariousness of the environment, relationships, the production process and the role of the nurse educator was assigned to the humanistic values in labor relations in space. Conclusion: Values based on mutual respect and professional practice in work spaces, through constant dialogue and encourages the ongoing implementation of a code of ethics and conduct healthy for everyone.
