摘要：
During the last years Mexico has lived and live a violence that has overwhelmed the institutions and caused collateral damage in society, implementing a state of uncertainty in everyday life. This means that a state of undeclared war within the country, where corruption, impunity and bad practice of law, accompany the organized crime and the state itself.
