摘要：
The article examines the impact of the banking sector on economic growth and its ability to smooth out fluctuations in the financial crisis. With the widespread approach Panzar JC and Rosse JN, based on the concept Raghuram G. Rajan and Luigi Zingales built an econometric model of the original function of profitability of banking institutions and the growth rate of GDP per capita. On the basis of systematic research carried out by developed theoretical approach to study the relationship of the banking sector and the GDP growth.
