摘要
Sirtuin被称为“长寿蛋白”,是一类蛋白质的统称,属于Ⅲ类蛋白质脱乙酰酶家族,需要NAD+才能发挥酶活性,从真细菌、古细菌、真核生物,尤其是哺乳动物的进化上高度保守,是调节原核生物和真核生物中的关键信号通路,并参与许多生物学过程[1-2]。NAD是电子传递链的重要辅助因子,参与许多酶促反应。Sirtuin的脱乙酰反应包括两个步骤:第一步Sirtuin裂解NAD并产生烟酰胺,第二步脱乙酰化。乙酰化是一种蛋白质修饰,
