Metrological bases for the determination of losses in electricity supply meters

摘要：

Direct and indirect methods of measuring losses of electricity in the elements of an electric grid are considered. It is concluded that the problem of calculating losses with the use of the result of measurements of current and voltage thermal pulses performed in electricity supply meters is a critical problem and should be carried out. Algorithms for calculating losses on the basis of data from meters produced by different manufacturers as well as the metrological characteristics of these devices are presented.
