摘要
The adhesive strength during tearing-off testing of coatings has been studied depending on their physico-mechanical and technological parameters. The optimal concentration of two-component polydisperse filler has been established, and an efficient scheme for its complex pretreatment by energy fields has been proposed. Using the results from complete factorial experiment, a mathematical model has been developed for studying the adhesive strength of composite coating, which makes it possible to determine efficient technological conditions and optimal composition, to control performance characteristics of the components with protective coatings at their design and manufacture stage, and to obtain protective coatings with predictable properties.
