摘要
Both CTA and MRA are highly advanced noninvasive vascular imaging modalities. CTA is more readily available with approximately 30,000 installed systems worldwide. MDCTA offers faster scan times than ceMRA and offers higher resolution. Disadvantages are the use of ionizing radiation and nephrotoxic contrast agents. Calcified plaques occasionally can make the determination of ruminai patency difficult. MRA does not have this problem, but offers somewhat inferior spatial resolution and is unsuitable for the evaluation of the patency of stented vessels.
