摘要
Suggests the content and context of situational judgement tests (SJTs) must be updated regularly to ensure their fairness, relevance and realism for current cohorts of applicants.Discusses how SJTs are efficient and cost-effective for high-volume selection contexts, in comparison to other popular methods such as face-to-face interviews.Suggests that practice tests should be available for high-stakes SJTs.
