Electron density effect of hybrid ferrites on structural, spectroscopic, optical, and magnetic properties in (BaTiO3) (1-x) + (ZnFe2O4) x nanoceramics

Heterostructure (BaTiO3) (1-x) + (ZnFe2O4) x (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) Nanoceramic composites was synthesized using physical mixing route at low temperature (< 500°). XRD of powder samples revealed two different phases of tetragonal (BaTiO3) and cubic (ZnFe2O4) structures. The optical and magnetic properties of the ceramic composite were correlated with Structural parameters, including crystallite size, stress, micro-strain, unit cell volume, lattice parameters, dislocation, and X-ray density. The concentration of ZnFe2O4 influences elastic properties that are assessed by FTIR. The Comparison between crystallite and particle size was deliberated using SEM results. M–H loop from VSM characterization at room temperature shows soft and weak ferromagnetic behavior with high magnetostatic interaction (0.005) for X = 0.4. As the concentration of ferrites increases magnetic saturation varies from 0.744 to 0.852 emu/g. Overall correlation can be used to theoretically estimate the electron density of the prepared composite. The calculated values of lattice parameters, Microstrain (ɛ), force constant (Kav), hopping length (dA, dB), Optical conductivity (σ), dielectric constant (εr), loss factor (tan δ), and Bohr Magneton (μB), explain the type of electron density in synthesized composites. As a result, all-optical and magnetic properties might be due to the electron density of individual compounds in ceramics that can be used in applications including nano-level optoelectronic or magnetic devices and other photovoltaics.
