摘要
Aberrations of off-axis parabolic mirrors are investigated and quantitatively described by means of computer simulation. The results of the simulation are confirmed experimentally with the use of a Shack–Hartmann sensor. An algorithm for compensation of aberrations and digital restoration of the corrected image of a microscopic object is developed and applied in a holographic circuit that contains an off-axis parabolic mirror.
