摘要
This article deals with the constant–stress partially accelerated life test using type I and type II censored data in the presence of competing failure causes. Suppose that the occurrence time of the failure cause follows Weibull distribution. Maximum likelihood technique is employed to estimate the population parameters of the distribution. The performance of the theoretical estimators of the parameters are evaluated and investigated by using a simulation algorithm. © 2019, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.
