Increase of efficiency of plant clonal propagation in vitro by means of laser radiation

Microshoots of blackberry, red raspberry, and black raspberry cultivated in vitro were laser irradiated at low intensity for 60–960 s. The treatments were conducted at both stages of propagation and rooting. Shortterm effect of red coherent light considerably promoted growth and development of plants (Rubus species) and results in 3–7 times increase of standard transplant’s yield compared with untreated control.
