摘要
The concept of defect monitoring is considered for defects that arise during data processing. Defect monitoring is recognized as a subsystem of a hardware-software complex within a quality management system of enterprise information systems. The purpose, structure, functioning regulations, and other components of a subsystem are defined based on the functioning quality methodology of information systems.
