Kutane T-Zell-Lymphome stellen extranodale Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome reifer T-Lymphozyten dar, die die Haut als Zielorgan haben und meist dort persistieren. Sie zeigen eine große Bandbreite klinischer und histologischer Erscheinungsformen mit unterschiedlicher Biologie und Prognose. Eine exakte Diagnose ist daher eine unabdingbare Voraussetzung für eine adäquate und stadiengerechte Therapie.
