Provides an overview of the current provision of endodontic services by general dental practitioners in Wales.Alludes to the differences in protocol and methodology between NHS and private endodontic treatment provision.Notes the significant variation in training and practice between the dental settings and discusses the barriers to usage of contemporary endodontic instrumentation.
