摘要
Discussion in the press and scientific literature about labor migration, both legal and illegal, has been going on for a long time. Foreign experience has been analyzed, and legal, economic, and demographic aspects of this problem have been considered by different scholars. Calling for the fulfillment of the guest workers’ right to estimable labor and social protection, practically all the authors recognize that some of the consequences of the growing immigration flow in our country exert an unhealthy effect. The situation in this sphere under the global financial crisis is analyzed for the example of Tajik labor migrants in Russia.
